First time in this hotel, we really enjoy our stay , Lorena was our server for breakfast and she was very kind, made us feel like home, thank you

I visited Novotel Miami while visiting my daughter for the Christmas holidays I am an early riser and sat downstairs to have coffee while everyone slept. Victoria who works in the coffee dining area was such a wonderful employee and took such good care of me but also was so welcoming and kind. I don’t think I have ever met such a friendly hospitable employee at all my stays around the world. The next morning Victoria and Isabella were there and again treated me so kindly answering all my questions and just wonderful employees and people. This made our stay so special. Thank you Novotel!

this hotel was a very comfortable stay 💕 the very friendly and helpful staff like Victor, Viviana, and Laetitia made my dining experience so much more enjoyable, not to mention the food was delicious. gorgeous views and room too 💕
