They do not send you your security deposit back! I have contacted them and heard nothing back. I checked out over 2 weeks ago- stay away!!

A very dated and smelly hotel

Our flight got cancelled so we booked this hotel at the last minute to stay near the airport. The only good thing we can say is that the hotel has a reliable shuttle service to MIA. Front desk staff are very inconsistent; some are pleasant and helpful whilst others are very rude and aggressive. The room we had had a really bad smell and looked very old and worn out. One thing that is beyond reprehensible is that the hotel permits guests to smoke right by the lobby doors and many flight crews stay at the property, so sometimes you have multiple airline staff smoking and all that unpleasant and toxic smell is getting inside the lobby.

Clean large lake view room. Bar has also bar menu. But not the best lounge..a bit basic, and not very big. Good location to airport.

Unacceptable Stay Experience – January 2026

I had one of the worst experiences in five years staying at Accor hotels. I am a Platinum member, and from the moment I arrived, the experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and that check-in would only be available at 3:00 p.m., although I was told they would try to prioritize me due to my Platinum status. I returned at 1:00 p.m. to check again, and to my surprise, the front desk employee said I would need to pay for early check-in. When I reminded her that I am a Platinum member, she appeared confused and eventually admitted that she had “forgotten.” The room itself was unacceptable. It had a strong and unpleasant smell, I was placed on the 3rd floor, and there was no upgrade provided — in fact, it felt like a downgrade. On top of that, the water pressure in the shower was extremely weak. Breakfast was also very poor, and the service was rude and disorganized to the point that it can hardly be classified as service. I was assigned a table, and when I returned with my food, the staff was offering the same table to another guest. I had to explain that the table was already occupied by me. To conclude an already terrible experience, on the second day — after renting a car — the afternoon staff informed me that there was an issue with the parking validation machine and that they could not validate the ticket with my room number at that time, but that it would be fixed in the evening. Later that evening, the ticket was validated, and the staff explicitly assured me that I would not be charged the US$35 parking fee for one night, given the inconvenience. However, to my surprise, during check-out, the US$35 charge was applied anyway. I have had excellent experiences with Pullman hotels in Brazil and France, but Pullman Miami Airport is simply not worth it. The hotel urgently needs better-trained professionals and significant service improvements; otherwise, it risks seriously damaging Pullman’s brand reputation.

Avoid At All Costs - They Double Charge Your Card And Don't Respond

We arrived after a long flight from London - it took them quite some time to find our reservation (prepaid through booking dot com) and for our friends they couldn't find their reservation for over an hour. On check out, the receptionists tried to charge me for the bar bill AND room, so I pointed out the room was prepaid and showed the receipt from the booking platform. She agreed it had been prepaid - great! Until the next day I see they have charged me again for the room. Trying to contact this hotel is a complete waste of time - they do not respond - I've tried via the web contact form, direct emails, messages from the booking app - nothing. I will have to request a charge back from AmEx, which understandably is not a quick process. To rub salt into the wound, the hotel is tired, scruffy, very cold rooms and the bar man is rude. The worst hotel experience I can recall. I'd previously stayed in the Auckland Airport Pullman which was really exceptional, so I assume this is down to the failing of the local/country management. Oh, and central Accor guest services are as useful as a chocolate teapot. I'd suggest you never book this hotel and prepay via booking dot com and furthermore find yourself a better hotel - there must be plenty.
