Massage was amazing, Kai was perfect, worked all my aches and pains away. Left feeling lighter than air. Would really recommend to anyone visiting the hotel to get a treatment at the Spa, you won't be disappointed. Suggest getting the 50min treatment.

The hotel is very nice, as in every Rixos hotel, this hotel also shows its quality. Barbecue and Brazilian restaurants are great. Chef Tuncay is very helpful, especially in the 'the mangal'. We were very pleased with Pelly and Kai in the massage. They definitely deserve the money paid.

We came last year and discovered George Morad’s jewellery store, he was so friendly and helpful, he placed a gorgeous gold necklace on my wife’s neck, telling us we could have it for £1500, we said we couldn’t pay that much now but will come back next year and buy it, he said keep it on and pay me next year? We came back and sadly his shop is closed, we met him and paid with thanks. She has been complimented about the necklace by everyone.That was one of the reasons we returned. Hotel and all staff are amazing.Food and drinks are plentiful and good quality..Hotel gardens, surroundings and beach are immaculate

Bassma Abdelmasser was a fantastic waitress at the beach bar! Absolutely great experience ❤️ Every à la carte Restaurant was a flavourful experience! The resort itself is a peaceful oasis where you can find relaxation, good cocktails on each bar, amazing coral reef just a few steps from the beach 💙 we will be back!

Returned early Sunday morning after an amazing 1st visit 10 nights We were in block 3 ground floor. Room was huge and immaculate our room cleaner Mohamed really looked after us, Everything was perfect and if I had known the good quality toiletries in shower I wouldn't have bothered to take my own. Only tiny negative air con really noisy fan so switched off at night. There's something for everyone, quiet areas or busy to suit your mood we ,did our quiet pool in front of our room, big lagoon pool next day and 3rd day beach then alternated , cant be doing with going to same spot every day 😅 We never used the buggies as found the short walks nice, the only time we did was when we went to look at Seagate Snorkelling is ok we had red flag quite a bit but husband managed to get in a few times and said it wasn't best but no where near as good as marsa Alam coraya bay but saw some pretty fish ,it's a quite small limited swim zone We only ate in buffet twice our first and last night , we booked the speciality restaurants every night ,Asian ,Italian Turkish and Brazilian are amazing ( our favourite was the Asian and Italian) Staff are something else, they all were amazing so welcoming and attentive,they love a bit of banter We didn't hear many British accents , mostly russians, but we don't go to make friends just like quality time together ( not saying there's a problem with russians btw lol) Highly recommend this hotel it has something for everyone, different areas for different vibes out favourite was the lagoon pool
