Air conditioning in the room was not working and the staff was lazy . Asked for an extra pillow and was told there was no pillow/blanket left as they were overbooked.Which hotel does not have an extra pillow? The lights in the bathroom are automated and would light on when you enter half asleep and would switch off if you sit on the toilet for more than 1 minutes. This was absurd. When we entered the hotel to leave our luggage, the hotel staff was on a smoke break and took pretty long just to attend us. Checkin also took longer and we had to pay for each room separately so 4 transactions although we booked 4 rooms together. Good part was the breakfast.

Nice room shame about one of the staff members

One of the reception staff members that covered the early morning shift @ breakfast time. Was not interested in helping and was very put out because i interupted her watching something on her phone when she was in the back office. Over all the hotell is good but the attitude of this staff member was unacceptable.
