We choose Peppers for it's location and environment. The room was okay - when I booked it I thought it would be waterfront, but it was set back with access to the water. It was also having maintenance done on the toilet, but they hadn't finished it so mentioned to the front desk abou that

Room was good, clean, warm. Weather wasn’t.So the fact that room was warm , was welcoming. Did not like the basin. I shave using water.Turning from cold to hot was a mission. The water jumped out of the basin. Went everywhere.
