Helpful and friendly staff, lovely food. The room was very clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The gym is not big but it's functional and well maintained. The hotel is also walking distance from the shops and well located. Airlie Beach is a stunning place to visit. Love it!

Great over the phone booking experience with Alex for a same day arrival. He was direct, clear and efficient. Alberto was friendly and Jessica was lovely. The room was nicely appointed and we loved the location of it. The hotel itself was in a great location. Breakfast buffet options were nice. The ladies on breakfast clearly loved their job, greeting everyone in a friendly manner (although frequently shouting across the restaurant to each other was unusual). Overall, an amazing experience that I would recommend to anyone visiting Airlie.

Bathroom cleanliness poor (cockroach sighted in there), stayed 5 nights and the room was not serviced once during that whole time, Plenty of coffee sachets but many were old and off, breakfast fair, food not replenished quickly, poor quality coffee or instant coffee, restaurant also poor service, specials sold out in 1 hour on 1 night.

It was just for one night, but i felt i could have stayed longer, my room and facilties were great and clean. The bar and bistro was well presented with a great range of meals.
