Mixed Experience at Novotel Infopark Cochin

My recent stay at Novotel Infopark Cochin was a blend of comfort and minor disappointments. The hotel offers a very comfortable and cozy environment, which was perfect for relaxation after a busy day. The room itself was well-appointed and provided a pleasant retreat. The amenities were modern and contributed to a relaxing stay, meeting the expectations of a 5-star property. However, one area that could be improved is the breakfast menu. While the quality was satisfactory, as a guest accustomed to the offerings of other 5-star hotels, I felt there could have been more variety and innovation in the breakfast choices. As an ALL member and hotelier, I was a little disappointed with the hotel's policy regarding late checkout requests. Despite the hotel running at low occupancy, I encountered resistance when requesting a late checkout, and eventually had to pay half-day charges for just a few extra hours. I believe that such requests should be given more consideration, especially for Silver members and above, to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. Despite these minor setbacks, the overall experience at Novotel Infopark Cochin was quite positive. I would like to give special recognition to Pragathi and Reena at the reception, who provided excellent service and made my stay more enjoyable. In conclusion, Novotel Infopark Cochin offers a comfortable and pleasant stay with some areas for improvement in service policies. With a more flexible approach to late checkout requests and perhaps a more varied breakfast menu, the hotel could elevate its guest experience even further.

Happy with the sanitation of this place. They keep it clean at all times. Happy with the services provided. Harijith and the other staff was polite. Food is also great. Nice place to stay in Kochi. View is also good. Rooms are good and have all the amenities required.

While the location wasn't ideal, it was still a comfortable stay. One suggestion I have is for the hotel to provide a shuttle service to nearby attractions like Lulu Mall and other shopping centers.
