The TV could not be started. It required calling the attendant and he also struggled to get it started. After he left and TV was switched off, again it was not able to start. Bathroom fittings need maintenance.

The location is very good.. very close to Gift city towers but the room size is very small and the bed too is very smaller in size. Could be perfect for a single person but a couple is not able to adjust properly. The hospitality is nice and above average. Ambiance is also good. One thing I noticed is that the food is served commonly for Veg & Non-Veg both. But there should be some separation for these. Reduced the stay from 15 days to 2 days only and switched to a different hotel just because of these two reasons. Thanks to front desk help and behaviour for good services. Will try to comeback or recommend someone in future if single person wants to stay.

It was a great experience, the staff is very polite & accommodating. We had stayed for one night only, but enjoyed a lot. There were many different activities to do. The breakfast we had was also really delicious, specifically we liked the south indian dishes…yummy! Overall had a pleasant stay.
