Great experience. Gym machines are good and in a great shape, room was clear and the food was so good, air temperature ok, also music was pleasant. The staff was very helpful, especially Novi, so nice and prepared. Really i Will come back again, See you soon!

I would to commend Satria who works in the recreation department for his professionalism and knowledge. I participated in one of Satria's yoga classes and found him to be helpful and understanding of the client's needs and abilities. He has a warm, friendly manner in all settings. Satria is a great asset to the hotel

We had a fantastic holiday at Sofitel Nusa Dua. The staff and services were excellent, especially our butler Diah. Access to the kids club and the club lounge was a nice addition and made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Amazing place to stay and the restaurants were so good. Dinner at Cucina is a place to eat not to miss. Clean rooms, great service and friendly staff. Will come back next time we are in Bali. Highly recommended for families. Buffet breakfast to good too.

Beautiful resort with fantastic amenities. Staff were only too happy to help with any questions. 1st time staying at Nusa Dua. Will definitely stay at the Sofitel again. Such a peaceful enjoyable stay. Thank you for making our trip wonderful! :)
