We stayed here for 3 night to visit family. Great hotel and staff. Quyen was a great help with my 3 year old daughter. Every morning we had breakfast she would help and play with my daughter. So friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back to stay at this hotel 🇦🇺

Many thing was good, nice service and luxury hotel. Buffet breakfast was delicious, room is clean and comfortable,meeting room is also good.specialy thank you for service. Ms Thuy and Quyen reception are friendly . Best hotel I stayed. I had great experience in here.

Pullman Vungtau is a very good hotel in my view as I stay for business for a long stay here. The hotel location is close to the beach on a walking distances for just less than 5 mins. The hotel is very clean and quiet and that is what like most as i am on business stay. The staffs there are extremely helpful and friendly. I met Ms. Ngoc and Ms. Quyen in the restaurant reception area, they are very friendly and know how to take care of you with paying lots of focus on customers needs and remember all details about what you usually need. That makes my stay even more comfortable. I would recommend for busniness stay at this hotel for a long run. Duy Pham

Well the moment i stayed in the hotel was so amazing specially the crews around are so approachable. Food was so amazing, room was so clean and tidy. Well i could say this hotel was one of the best place to stay in vietnam. I specially thanks to Miss Minh for her kindness and very respectfull crew. You guys can find her at the reception or in the restaurant. Thanks Pullman hotel for the best experienced!

Quyen from the reception is very accommodating. She’s really nice and very friendly. She keeps on asking the needs and keeps us attended always. The food is really nice, it offers all the authentic dishes here in Vietnam. I will definitely go back.
