bad history with IBIS hotel

The hotel is very very bad, I do not recommend it at all and the staff are not cooperative, location is very far and the rooms are not clean, small, old and the bathrooms are the same. I do not recommend breakfast for Muslims because they do not have halal food. They shocked us when we arrived and we cancelled breakfast but they did not refund us. They told us first that the amount would be refunded and when our check out time approached they told us that the amount would not be refunded. I do not recommend at all at all booking there even for a day.

Although our breakfast have more variety menu and provide healthy & vegetarian menu but no halal certificate as you required. Regarding the refund for the breakfast cancellation, our hotel offered a credit for other expenses incurred during your stay. Additionally, we did not have any specific requirement for Halal food as part of your booking. We recommend contacting your booking agent for any refund requests. If your reservation was made directly with us, please be assured that we will handle the refund directly and take full responsibility for resolving this matter. This hotel is for the family.because we have the large swimming pool.I love everything from this hotel all staff nice.❤️

This restaurant is great.And view riverside so good.there have everything‘s comfortable.They have seafood buffet the best.Mr.Jojoe great services.I like happy hours.Beer and cocktails.It’s very ceap.I hope will come again.Ibis riverside.

A Memorable and Enjoyable Stay by the River

We stayed at this this hotel last year for the first time. We were so impressed we returned for another stay. The hotel wins on many fronts. The position is directly on the river front. Having a good breakfast either indoors or outside on the riverfront listening to the sound of birds while enjoying the view, is only one of the good features of this hotel. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the nearest station. It is the same walking distance from Icon Siam. It has an excellent outdoor pool and seating areas by the river. The rooms are clean and well maintained. We found the staff delightful, always greeting you with a smile. Our special appreciation to Mr Negi, the operation duty manager, and other members of staff, who went beyond the call of duty to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is not only the hotel or its position, but also the warm service by people like these, that made us remain long time Platinum or Diamond members of Accor.
