Fantastic hotel with great amenities and very friendly and attentive staff. Special mention to Lorensia who organised our trips and went above and beyond outside of working hours to make our stay perfect. Food at the hotel was always good and the beer always cold! Bali is a wonderful place and hopefully we’ll return soon.

The first night out aircon broke down and we did not get to shower or sleep until 12.30am. The electrician tried but could not repair. Door was jammed and couldn’t close. Fridge was leaking

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay for my family in Novotel Bali Nusa Dua. The resort may not have the best facilities and surrounding, but it was their hospitality which gives Novotel Bali Nusa Dua a cut above the rest. Special mention to their Guest Experience team, especially Syaloom who was always attentive and caring in accommodating our queries and needs during our stay. Keep up all the great work, and we look forward to yet another pleasant stay in Novotel Bali Nusa Dua in time to come.

Good food and ambience with live music. The lamb was very nice and the service was excellent. I came with my wife and two children, a boy of 9 years old and 5 years old. We enjoyed our time in the restorant. We will come again if we have another chance.

Italian dinner in Novotel Nusa Dua

We went on the Italian night dinner ourse, great food selections (pasta, pizza, antipasti, soup, salads and dessert). Good vibes with live band, super friendly staff. Outdoor and indoor seating areas very breezy and casual, great space for children as well.
