The hotel is probably the best in Cairo. Very good Services.,pool is good and beautiful. .Compliments to all the staff especially Mr. Amr Al Hashmy he has done a marvelous job ensuring He was professional in providing warm hospitality. He was smiling and had an answer to all questions and offered more than one offer so I could choose what I needed. He was a wonderful person.thanks so much Mr.Amr Al Hashmy and Novotel team👍👍

Good hotel for business stays. simple and just easy to get into and out of the area, has many services very close, a mall as well as some stores. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. It is safe and your belongings are safe. I have forgotten some valuables in the safe after checkout and contacted the hotel who immediately sent someone to open and hand me the belongings. I would also like to thank a staff member Amr Al-Hashimi for his assistance at check-in, I arrived at 9am which is 3 hours earlier than my 12pm checking time but he was very helpful and was able to check me into a room within a few minutes.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, making for a relaxing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my visit, and I especially want to compliment Amr El Hashmy for his outstanding service. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

Amazing hotel. Fast check-in and thank you so much to Amr El Hashmy for the great service at check in. Appreciate it and it makes a tiring trip feels so much better. Thank you once again. I highly recommend this hotel. It is near to Mall of Arabia, too.
