We've been regular guests at your hotel, visiting at least once a month, but it's disheartening to see a decline in its standards over the years. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired, the staff lacks warmth and hospitality, and on top of that, we've been served cold, stale meals yet still charged for both. Technical issues like malfunctioning TVs and air conditioning further add to the frustration. The once helpful staff now appear indifferent. Despite being a registered member, it's puzzling that my information doesn't seem to be on record when I arrive.

People where very nice and helpful, but rooms are old, furniture not look after, soap wasn’t even replenished during my stay until I called concierge and asked for it , after 3 days.
