My experience with this hotel was horrible. Be careful when making payments, especially at night, as a gray-haired gentleman makes double payments and you get ripped off. Always check the amount; don't just swipe your card (contactless).hotel ibis Alfragide

Far, far away from everything tourists would do or wanted to see unlike you like ikea which isn’t far.but at an acceptable price in a poor city that somehow became one of the most expensive places in Europe. Reception staff was nice but the room , although already a three bedroom as an upgrade for Accor top tier was not even coming with a glass, a coffee maker or anything more than a bed. I think we must be happy it came with a bed. It was clean and the hotel seemed well maintained..When I compare it to even another ibis in South America this one is a total joke. No mini bar, no tooth brush…nothing. Really very disappointing, I was glad we only stayed 1 night. I wouldn’t ever return.

A great stay. Lots of "extras" here. Walked into a spacious and immaculate reception area. Everyone was smiling and welcoming. My room was ready and again, all I needed was there. Again spotless. Came back down had a drink and a bite to eat. Delicious "codfish a brás" and a nice portion for the price. Optional breakfast is well worth 10€ for the convenience of not having to leave. Speaking of the area, it is safe and clean but there's not a lot to do around the hotel. Luckily for 5€ you can be in Amadora with plenty of opportunities. Being music theme bar area I even got to play a guitar off to the side, which I enjoyed. A vending machine with a nice variety offers more addition options. Overall.... YES I would GLADLY stay again !! Bravo

The staff was excellent and Alefe went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Room service was also great keeping the room always clean and organized. Free parking outside and a very welcoming environment. Not a great location if you’re planning to use public transportation, but an easy ride to most places.

No nonsense room, no real ac, no phone, no fridge, no cubberts, off-level tv Free icecubes at the counter Good beds, good shower, good housekeeping ( although windows are not cleaned …. ), blowdryer, soap and shampoo in shower and vanity Surprisingly good breakfast, fresh orangejus ( diy ) , good coffee, pastel de nata’s, croissants and pain-de-chocolats, fruits Really bad factory-powder made scrambled eggs, uggh Nothing really close by except Decatlon Cheap € 6-10 Uber in 5 minutes to inner city
