Good place and friendly staffs. Convenient to travel to locations in the city. The room is fully furnished and the interior is quite new. We stayed here for two days over Christmas and it was great. We can easily get to all the tourist attractions in the city center.

Stayed for 1 night and had my room upgraded on arrival to a Hyde Park view. View from the room was nice. Rooms a a good size and very comfortable. Two bottles of free water were in the room. Wifi was free and fast. The bed was very comfortable. Room service dinner was ok, at typical hotel prices. Breakfast was included and was pretty decent. The bathroom was a good size, featuring a shower / tub combo. Hotels location is excellent, making it easy to get around the city. I would consider this hotel again when next in Sydney.

I had a lovely stay at the Pullman Hyde Park. The rooms were clean and large and I found the service to be excellent. I am very particular about quietness in a hotel room and asked for a room facing away from College Street and Hyde Park ie with a view over eastern Sydney and I found the room to be very quiet. The one gripe is the hotel does not have good quality door closers at the top of the hotel room doors - this means that you often hear your neighbours’ doors slamming. The doors are quite heavy, and the door closers are not the correct ones to quietly and slowly shut the door. Note to hotel - please put better quality door closers on your hotel room doors asap. The other minor gripe is having showers that are in a bathtub. Once you are over 40 it’s not that easy to step into it LOL. Overall I was impressed with the hotel and I will definitely stay at the Pullman Hyde Park next time I’m in Sydney. A big thank you to the kind and accommodating staff.

Another great stay at Pullman Hyde Park Sydney! A seamless check-in and assistance to my well appointed accessible room overlooking the Sydney CBD and beautiful Hyde Park. The room aircon was on, the room warm and everything explained by Jude with assistance to place my luggage so I could access it safely. The room pillow menu is extensive for those who desire to use it. My room service dinner was delivered in timely fashion, was very tasty and good value. The buffet breakfast overlooking the beautiful park had a great range of hot and cold choices, fruit and pastries etc and there were some great new and obviously Pullman Hyde Park created additions! The breakfast staff were fast and efficient in making sure people were seated and served as quickly as possible. It was great to be remembered from my previous stay and thank you Tharini, Jude and Mohammed for your great service and attention.
