The experience has been very good from booking and any enquiry I had. The room is nice and clean and very large for a standard that I booked. Thanks to Tim and Wan for making me feel welcome.

Great stay at the Mercure. Very efficient and friendly service by Holly, Joe and barman ( sorry forgot name) in the bar/lounge area. Surprisingly good breakfast buffet offering with good quality ingredients. Very tight ship run by the two lovely ladies Amanda and Teressa. Would stay agin.
