Очень дружелюбный персонал, способный быстро помочь вам в решении любых вопросов. Особенно понравилось профессиональное качество работы на стойке регистрации. Хаким и работавший вместе с ним сотрудник в очках , к сожалению не помню его имя, сделали максимум возможного, чтобы сделать наше пребывание в отеле максимально комфортным и без проблемным. Прекрасное расположение, близость метро, очень тихое и спокойное место с уютной зелёной зоной рядом. Чисто, уютно и комфортно. Очень хороший завтрак.
