kamer was behoorlijk verouderd en niet schoon, de overloop was vloerbedekking stuk, plafond lekte water dat met emmers op de gang moest worden opgevangen en er lag een los tapijt over dat half was vastgeplakt. Receptie en lobby waren dicht vanwege renovatie, wisten we niet en alternatief was in de gang een bureautje waar bijna nooit iemand zat. Aanbod voor kinderen rond de 10-12 was erg matig, behalve een teenageroom binnen en af en toe een acitivteit.

We regret the condition of the room and hallway areas you mentioned, including the carpeting, ceiling leakage, and cleanliness concerns. We also apologize for any inconvenience caused by the reception and lobby enhamcement work. While improvements are being made to enhance future guest experiences, we understand that clear communication about such works is important, and we regret that this was not communicated more effectively prior to your arrival. Regarding children’s facilities for the 10–12 age group, we appreciate your suggestion to expand activities and will share this feedback with our recreation team for consideration of more suitable programs. Groot ruim opgezet hotel met 7 zwembaden en meerdere restaurants. Helaas bleek het boeken bij de a la carte restaurants niet eenvoudig. Onze kamer en badkamer waren ruim maar de badkamer kon wel een renovatie beurt gebruiken. Iedere dag werd de kamer schoongemaakt en voorzien van schone handdoeken die op een leuke manier op bed gepresenteerd werden.

Mooi resort, slim aangelegd waardoor je alleen in de restaurants echt merkt hoe druk het is. Mooi, goed verzorgd/onderhouden. Prettig personeel. Reserveringen voor a la carte restaurants is een drama als je met een groter gezelschap in meerdere kamers verblijft. L’Olivo springt er kwalitatief positief uit, Toro Loco niet geweldig, Oriënt redelijk. Buffetrestaurant Turquase was wel weer goed. Al met al een prettig verblijf.
