We take your concerns seriously, particularly regarding the atmosphere of the hotel, the room conditions, and the service you received. I want to clarify that all of our rooms are equipped with their own fresh air ventilation. Cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities for us, and we will certainly investigate the issues you raised regarding the room’s cleanliness. Additionally, I regret that you felt that simple requests were met with a lack of urgency.
