Me he alojado en varias ocasiones y siempre he quedado muy satisfecha. Sin embargo, en esa ocasión, algunos detalles no han sido muy satisfactorios. -Llegué temprano y no pude dejar la maleta en la habitación, a no ser que abonara 40€. -Después de mis reuniones, llegué a las 16h y tuve que esperar mucho tiempo para recibir la llave porque solo había una persona en recepción. -Solicité que se me enviara la factura por correo y no la recibí. Pequeños detalles, que no esperaba de un hotel como el Mövenpick.

While we do have a fee for early check-in if the room is available, we are always happy to store luggage in our dedicated luggage room to help make your arrival as smooth as possible. We also recognize that check-in can occasionally take longer when several guests arrive at the same time. We are reviewing our staffing and scheduling to minimize such delays and improve the process for all guests. Regarding your invoice, our system confirms that it was sent at the time of checkout. We understand that it may have been overlooked or ended up in a spam or junk folder, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Hotel nuevo, habitaciones amplias con todo lo que se pueda necesitar, desayuno variadísimo y de calidad, buena ubicación e incluso la cena en el restaurante del hotel estuvo fenomenal.

Viajamos cuatro personas, entre ellas una pareja, un hombre adulto y una chica joven. 3 habitaciones por tanto. Ya habíamos estado en el hotel en plena pandemia y nos gustó tanto que repetimos. No nos ha defraudado. El almuerzo muy completo con muchas opciones saludables. El SPA que estuvimos una tarde es completo y hay poca gente. El gimnasio muy escaso y pobre. No nos dio ganas de entrenar. El resto perfecto. Es un hotel tranquilo, céntrico, a pocos minutos andando de Viru Gate. Limpio y confortable. Sin duda repetiremos cuando volvamos a Tallinn.
