It is especially gratifying to know that our team was able to prepare a breakfast box for your early departure and that the friendly welcome from our breakfast colleague made a memorable impression on your mornings. At the same time, we sincerely regret that certain aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations of a five-star hotel. We appreciate your candid comments regarding room housekeeping. While our sustainability initiatives encourage the responsible use of towels and linens, this should never come at the expense of the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the room.
