Muito bem atendido pela recepção do hotel, quarto tamanho bom, mas tinha muitos itens de decoração que só ocupam muito espaço sem utilidade. Café da manhã poderia ter mais variedades do buffet ocidental.

Tem a melhor localização entre todos os hotéis da rede ALL Accor em Tokyo. Perto de uma estação de trem JR (Shinagawa) e linhas de metro. O quarto é espaçoso e silencioso. O banheiro é apenas OK! O wi fi poderia melhorar muito, em 2026 uma conexão abaixo de 100Mbps chega a ser inaceitável. CAfé da manhã fantastico Staff sensacional, simpáticos e atenciosos sempre!

A localização do Mercure Tokyo Hibiya é excelente e acaba sendo o ponto positivo do hotel. Porém, os quartos são muito pequenos, sem armário — apenas um cabideiro pequeno, insuficiente para duas pessoas. O hotel também aparenta falta d. manutenção, com áreas próximas aos elevadores sujas e esburacadas. Além disso, não possui restaurante funcionando regularmente, apenas café da manhã e chá à tarde. O café da manhã é bem simples. O café disponível é bem ruim. Tem pouca opção d. pães, frutas, bolos, fraco, no geral. É um hotel caro demais para o padrão e estrutura que oferece. Quero registrar um destaque especial para o garçom Murod que nos atendeu no café da manhã com muita atenção e simpatia.
