Horrível. Ninguém fala inglês. A concierge fala inglês péssimo, nunca havia ido ao Japão, passamos uma situação super desconfortável, não sabíamos que na área de jacuzzi tinha que ficar desnudo e ninguém nos informou e muito menos tinha placa, um rapaz da Polinésia começou a gritar manda a gente ficar pelado. Eu achei aquilo super desnecessário e fui na front desk. E ninguém absolutamente ninguém Fez nada. Nunca mais. Nunca fui tão maltratado . Odiei. Esse hotel povo grosso Japão em si não tive boas experiências. Nunca mais

We sincerely regret that your stay with us did not meet your expectations and that you experienced discomfort during your visit to our spa facilities. Following your comments, we carefully reviewed the situation with the teams involved. We understand that cultural differences, particularly regarding the use of Japanese-style hot bath facilities, may have contributed to the misunderstanding. In Japan, hot baths are traditionally used without swimwear and in a calm and quiet manner. This tradition remains in Japan. Our intention is always to ensure that this is explained clearly and respectfully to all guests so they may feel comfortable and informed. We regret that, on your first visit to the spa, the explanation regarding the requirement to remove swimwear may not have been communicated clearly enough. While our staff did provide guidance on locker usage and general spa rules, we acknowledge that this point should have been emphasized more explicitly. We are also sorry that the situation escalated in a way that caused you distress and that you felt insufficiently supported afterward. Please be assured that we take your experience seriously. To prevent similar situations in the future, we have already implemented concrete measures. Clear signage stating that swimwear is not permitted has been installed at the entrance of the hot bath area. We have also introduced a standardized explanation script to ensure all guests receive consistent and thorough guidance inside the locker area. In addition, all relevant staff members are undergoing retraining to strengthen guest communication and cultural explanation skills. We truly regret that this experience left you with a negative impression of our hotel. Welcoming guests from around the world is very important to us, and we remain committed to improving how we communicate and support our international guests with clarity and respect.
