Exceptional experience all around. From check in to check out, the staff is extraordinary. All are incredibly service oriented( and many are above and beyond), reservation agents, housekeeping attendants, front desk staffs, restaurant waiters/waitress and everyone we came across was so kind and welcoming. It has been a memorable and enjoyable stay, and I look forward to returning again.

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. The service was quick, the rooms were spotless, and the staff ensured every requirement was taken care of. The ambiance and overall hospitality made the visit truly memorable. Would definitely love to come back.

Booked two rooms , couldn’t get connecting rooms however they were adjacent rooms. Not much of a view nor was I offered any upgrade options upon check in (I’m an Accor Gold member) Unfortunately the shower cubicle had a problem where the excess water overflows into the bathroom. Personally, I wasn’t very impressed with the quality of the room, bed was hard , space was tight. I’ll probably go for other 5 star properties in Kathmandu next time as the neighbourhood was very boring as well. Staff was very friendly and always helpful. Special mention to Roshan (F&B) who was quite helpful during our stay.
