Overall good. Reception Team was friendly and pleasant to deal with upon arrival and departure. Room was clean and available early upon my arrival around noon. Lounge service rather poor. A) not much of a service culture, but rather 1 guy behind the bar taking alcoholic beverage orders, not many choices when you don’t drink and soda / juice machine was not working properly. B) Many guests used the lounge evening cocktail hour as full on family dinner. This caused the buffet being emptied out within 30 minutes. Insufficient food production caused refills being delayed consisting basically of leaf salad and French fries. This might be exciting to a 10 year old, but did not add value to my experience. To me it is a comp benefit and thus not a make or break deal for the stay experience, but left much to be desired. Breakfast was also rather mediocre. Very few healthy breakfast options. Mainly processed carbs and items containing high levels of sugar. I expect better from a European brand under the Accor umbrella.
