Das Hotel hat direkten Zugang zu einer U-Bahn Station. Die Zimmergröße war ausreichend; wir hatten einen großen und einen kleinen Koffer dabei. Es gab auch ausreichend Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig, allerdings erst ab 7 Uhr geöffnet. Alternativ bietet auch die Untergrundpassage zur U-Bahn viele Frühstücks- bzw. Essensmöglichkeiten.

Zimmer eher klein, aber voll ausgestattet mit allem, was in Japan üblich ist. Sauber, nettes Personal, Internet hat gut funktioniert, Aussicht auf sie Rückwand des Nachbargebäudes war nicht so toll.

Das Ibis in Osaka Umeda liegt sehr zentral. Sehr gut ist der Unterirdische Zugang zu Bahnstationen. Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vom Hotel aus kann man super die Umgebung erkunden.

Für 2 Personen mit 2 Bordtrolley und 2 mittelgroßen Koffern (passen noch in die Ablagen über den Sitzen vom Shinkansen) viel zu kleines Zimmer. Wir hatten 2 Einzelbetten und mussten eine Nachtkonsole wegnehmen und die Betten zudammenschieben und dann an eine Wand schieben. Auch dann konnte man sich kaum noch bewegen. Wir hatten schon andere Hotels in Japan mit kleinen Zimmern die sinnvoller eingerichtet waren. Im Ibis zu viele Erker, Nischen und Schranktüren was alles Platz kostet. Dusche guter Wasserdruck aber Duschstange ging nur bis Schulter bei mir 187. Hotel Lage ist sehr gut aber leider nirgendwo ausgeschildert. Nach 30 Minuten rumsuchen im Osaka Station Komplex mussten wir ein Taxi nehmen obwohl wir laut Apple und Google Maps nur. 300 m entfernt waren . Die Ortung per Smartphone funktioniert in den unterirdischen Gängen dort nicht zuverlässig. Mit dieser Zimmergrösse würden wir zu zweit das Hotel nicht mehr nehmen!

wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Zimmer könnten wir überall in Jaan größer sein, aber es ist sauber. alle sind freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben auch das Frühstück genutzt. Sehr zu empfehlen. Tolle Auswahl und toller Service, sehr sauber. Das Restaurant hat ein sehr gutes Management.

Das Ibis war unsere erste Station auf unserer Individualrundreise und für uns perfekt gelegen. Sehr gut organisiert und mit gutem Frühstück. Sehr praktisch war auch die direkte Verbindung zur unterirdischen Einkaufsmall+Zugang zur Metro. Die Zimmergröße war zwar nicht üppig, aber die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir möchten uns noch einmal auf diesem Wege bedanken, dass wir ein bevor wir es selbst bemerkten einen Anruf erhielten, dass wir ein Portemonnaie bei unserer Abreise liegen gelassen hatten. Dieses bekamen wir problemlos ins nächste Hotel nachgesendendet. Dieses ehrliche und umsichtige Verhalten der Mitarbeiterinnen des Hotels ersparte uns viel. Dafür noch einmal vielen vielen Dank!

Gute Lage zum Zentralbahnhof, Saubere Zimmer, Gutes Frühstück, nur die Zimmergröße ist für 2 Personen etwas klein. Nachdem wir alles umgebaut hatte, war es uns sogar möglich, die Koffer am Boden zu öffnen und um das Bett zu Bewegen.

Die Zimmer sind noch kleiner als in Europa, aber ein gewisser Komfort ist durchaus gegeben. Die Preise sind etwas hoch, aber dafür ist die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofs optimal. Den besten Eindruck hat das Frühstück hinterlassen. Sehr große Auswahl (vom faden Brot abgesehen) und den besten denkbaren Kaffee.
