Ik kreeg een gratis upgrade, waardoor ik in een prachtige kamer mocht overnachten. Het is ook erg fijn dat er een 24 uurs receptie is. Je hoort niks van de vliegtuigen, ik heb heerlijk geslapen. Ook zeer schoon sanitair en nog allerlei extra dingen zoals fitness.

I stayed here for one night between flights and, overall, it served its main purpose: the location is excellent for quick airport access. That said, as an Accor Gold member, I didn’t really feel much recognition of status. Check-in involved waiting in a queue, and I wasn’t offered the welcome drink until I specifically asked for it. The hotel’s concept is supposed to be simple—payment and invoice at check-in without a need for checkout—but in my case they still required a full checkout procedure, which felt unnecessary and inconvenient. Staff weren’t particularly friendly, though I did receive some welcome fruits in the room, which was a nice touch. In short: convenient location and adequate for an airport layover, but service and recognition of loyal guests could be improved.

We had a coupled room. On the other side of the door children were screaming well past midnight. It took three visits, one from us, two from reception to shut them up. I filed a complaint with the hotel with a request for compensation (points, (partial) restitution) on Monday, but have yet to hear back.

Het restaurant heeft een uitgebreid menu waarop de allergenen ook zijn aangegeven. De locatie is goed gelegen ten opzichte van het vliegveld en de kamers zijn goed geïsoleerd. Verder is er niets te beleven. De matras ligt prima. Het bed zelf is van slechte kwaliteit. De poten zijn los of kunnen inklappen. Daardoor is het bed erg wankel en dat hoort niet bij deze kwaliteit.
