Fiz uma reserva neste hotel para dezembro de 2025, ou seja, ainda não viajei, mas a minha reclamação é que estou há mais de duas semanas tentando fazer uma simples reserva de um traslado (aeroporto-hotel-aeroporto) e ainda não teve um misero funcionário para me atender e agendar o meu traslado, já mandei mais de 10 e-mails e quando recebo uma resposta depois de 5 dias do e-mail enviado (e outros cobrando uma posição) sempre vem me fazendo uma pergunta cuja resposta eu já respondi nos e-mails anteriores, uma vez perguntam quantas pessoas (eu já tinha informado), outra a data e hora da chegada (tb tb já tinha informado) ou qtd de mala (que tb já foi informado), a impressão que estou tendo é que tudo é difícil nesse hotel, isso porque eu nem cheguei ainda.

המלון מודרני ,חדרים מעוצבים לצערי איין מיזוג בחדר כי המערכות הוחלפו לחימום מה שהפך את השהות בלתי נסבלת החום בחדר היה גבוה כיוון שהמלון בחדר פנה לשמש.... לצערי למרות שהמלון ממוקם במקום מצויין וקרוב להכול ומודרני היה פשוט נורא

Каждый раз, когда мы бываем в Тбилиси, останавливаемся именно в этом отеле. Его главное преимущество — великолепное расположение: основные достопримечательности города (Мост Мира, канатная дорога, фуникулёр, Старый город) находятся в пешей доступности. Номера аккуратные, хотя и не очень большие. Уборка проводится ежедневно. Во время последнего визита я заметила, что в номерах больше не оставляют предусмотренные для гостей косметические наборы (зубная паста, щётка, губка для душа), а также две бутылки воды, которые раньше всегда были. Теперь в коридоре установлен кулер, и каждый гость может самостоятельно взять столько воды, сколько необходимо. О кухне могу сказать только хорошее: завтраки вкусные, всё очень аккуратно и чисто, обслуживание тёплое и приятное. Отдельно хочу отметить сотрудницу кухни Карине. Она замечательная женщина, всегда доброжелательная и с любовью отвечала на все наши вопросы.

A estadia no hotel foi deixando a desejar desde o início: 1 - Apesar de estarmos em família com 2 quartos, não conseguiram colocar os quatros no mesmo andar, mesmo com a nossa solicitação. OK, mas não vimos esforço em ajudar. 2 - O quarto que nos foi dado, tinha um outro quarto conectado (vazio por sinal) e as portas estavam abertas. Tive que descer na recepção e solicitar que trancassem (não podiam disponibilizar este então?) 3 - O Banheiro do quarto 605 tinha um cheiro ruim, sempre que chegávamos da cidade, mas fechávamos a porta e não nos incomodava 4 - No dia 23/07 chegamos cansados e decidimos jantar no restaurante do hotel. Ao chegar, a recepcionista/garçonete nos disse que estavam com um grupo grande com buffet e que podíamos pedir a la carte, mas demoraria uma hora. Dissemos que tudo bem e sentamos. Em seguida, o que suponho que seja o gerente disse que não serviria a la carte, e que se quiséssemos tinha que ser o buffet, que por sinal, era parco de opções. Acabamos indo para a cidade jantar. 5 - Para encerrar a estadia, quando voltamos da cidade, fui pegar os welcome drinks"" no bar, e o mesmo gerente disse que o bar estava fechado e eu não poderia pegar (21h50)? Sério? Bar do Ibis que fecha para bebidas? Podem olhar na minha conta ALL, já fiquei em mais de 100 hoteis Accor pelo mundo, de todas as categorias, e me desculpem, mas foi uma estadia muito abaixo do padrão, mesmo para a marca Ibis
