התארחתי במלון עם משפחה , מלון במיקום מצויין , מרכזי ושקט, נקי , ארוחת בוקר טובה מאד, מגוונת כולל ירקות טריים וגבינות ומאםים טריים. צוות אדיב ומסביר פנים. קפה , תה , מים חופשי כל היום , 24 שעות. קרוב לכל האטרקציות בעיר ולתחנת אוטובוס ומטרו. מומלץ מאד . מרחק הליכה קצר מהעיר העתיקה.

Un hotel con muchas carencias.

Habitaciones muy pequeñas, no tienen armario para la ropa, solo un par de baldas y 3 perchas. Espacio Justo. Bien para una noche pero si vienes varias mejor no lo hagas. Solo 2 ascensores para 150 habitaciones . Atasco monumental. Desayuno fatal. Solo una cafetera, colas de 30 minutos de para un café . No hay mesas suficiente y desayunas de pie. Vinimos en un grupo de 38 en un viaje de la Comunidad de Madrid. Y todos estábamos descontentos. Es un hotel para 1 noche en plan rápido.

Sehr schöne zentrale Lage und stylisch eingerichtete Zimmer, mit allem, was man braucht. Das Rezeptionspersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück machen ihren Job jedoch erkennbar ungern und auch bei der Freundlichkeit des Barpersonals ist noch deutlich Luft nach oben. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, nur das aromatisierte und gefärbte Wasser, was man als Orangensaft bezeichnet, ist eines Accor-Hotels unwürdig.
