Air conditioning is horrible, food is ok but should be a lot better, most of your staff is not very nice, no smiles, no will to go the extra mile for your guests - if we had to wait 2 hours until the repair man fixed the hot water, I'd expect that when we told you we want to delay our checkout, you'd not charge us for that, which of course you did

Me and my family we love this hotel because it’s perfect for kids and we always enjoy delicious food especially dinners. Why I didn’t rate 10/10 is coffee and gym. Gym is not equipped and with capacity of 2 people is too smal for 5 star hotel. Also morning coffee from automatic machine in breakfast area is honestly terrible. Normal coffee from real coffee machine behind the bar should be included.

Overall our stay was very nice. Amenities are great and most staff are very welcoming and friendly. A few things that could be improved: The Terrasse for the deluxe suite lacked comfortable furniture. At minimum I’d expect a sunbed or a daybed Some staff was not too friendly, but most staff were exceptional. Request for allergy free bedding was only fulfilled on day 2. Turn down service was never done, only sometimes a refill of water or coffee offered but also not consistently. Other than that our stay was great but I would expect more for the price and 5 star.
