Beautiful hotel near all the main attractions in Samarkand. Very spacious hotel room with all the amenities. Large selection of breakfast items for the whole family. professional staff who keeps the hotel clean and proper. This is likely the best hotel in town.

Dark room with insufficient light. Impossible to open the curtain since others may see shadows inside. We were freezing all the time, we asked help and nobody have been able to find a solution to increase room temperature. Unacceptable.

Unfortunately when we arrived our room wasn’t ready so we had to wait. The hotel is very nice, however our welcome could have been friendlier. Also the hotel advertises an outdoor pool but it is not clear that this would not be open for our stay. The check out was better than check in. Breakfast is very expensive, for the price there should be a chef to cook hot food and more choice. Be nice if there were more vegetarian options. Location is good.

It was OK… location is good.

Location is about 15 min walk to main square. Nice walk to it. The room was big. The hotel just seem to lack some soul. The outdoor pool was not working. The indoor steam room was so hot that it could not be used. After asking for it to reduced. They couldn’t. All other guests experienced the same and could not use. The bar staff was good. I would probably stay again as WiFi was good. The bed was comfortable but it didn’t warrant the price of c£200 a night.
