My family and I decided to go for Shahd Al Madinah this year for our stay in Ramadan after reading the glowing reviews. When I got there I was greeted by the friendly staff who checked me in very fast. I wasn’t very satisfied with my room, however when I made that clear to the manager Mohammed and Noor at reception, they promised to change my room as soon as there was availability, which I was very grateful for. I had booked Suhoor with my stay, and the food was all 10/10. There was lots of variety and all the restaurant staff, from the waiters to the chefs were all extremely kind and attentive. The location is also probably the best I’ve seen in Madinah, as the lifts don’t get very busy at all, so you can reach the masjid within minutes. I was on the 9th floor, and the Housekeeping manager who’s name I believe was Omer, was so so helpful and friendly. My family and I felt very well taken care of and carefree knowing he was in charge. Due to the train timing I had booked, I requested a later checkout time and Noor at reception very kindly accommodated me with this. Would definitely go back and highly recommend!!
