安排在一楼 靠近员工操作间 所以有推车撞击声 比较吵 但提醒过后有所改善

We regret to learn about the disturbance caused by the room location near the service area. While we are pleased that our team responded and reduced the noise after your feedback, this should have been managed more proactively. Your comment has been reviewed with the team to ensure better room allocation and improved control of operational noise, especially during guest rest hours. We are also concerned to read your feedback regarding the cleanliness of the bedding and towels. This is clearly not acceptable and does not reflect our standards. We have addressed this directly with our housekeeping team and reinforced inspection procedures to prevent any recurrence.
