It was just a business trip so we don't expect for a nice room and it was so so, we paid for upgrade from standard to superior because of air-con problem but most of the best thing is the hospitality of Ibis staffs. Nice Location as well, sufficient parking lot.

Friendly and exactly as described.

Thank you to all the staff are Ibis Styles Chiang Mai - front of house, housekeeping, restaurant for breakfast staff, and security. They were very welcoming, friendly, organised, and efficient. It was a quick check-in and check-out process. The hotel is clean, modern in its design, has high quality, spacious rooms, and the pool is a nice touch.

性价比比较高，但是房间有异味

The room is decorated nicely and the room is very cleaned. Breakfast tastes good. ❤️ I have been here so many times and still wanna come back. The staff is eager to assist you at the moment you walk in the hotel.

這次預訂了清邁IBIS住宿,雖然網站上搜尋結果沒有太多的篇幅可以參考,但還是預定此飯店的住宿~ 建議有自行開車前往的旅客入住,因飯店離尼曼是中心還是有一段距離~不太方便搭乘公車的旅客到達~我入住期間一館全館維修中,僅二館有運作,所以活動腹地變小,飯店有提供單程的清邁夜市雙條車前往,飯店的房間空間算可,我預定的是家庭房,飯店提供早餐樣式算OK!人員服務品質也OK!英文溝通是OK~只是飯店的設施讓人失望~泳池小~不是很建議使用!地點也比較偏離市區~若不是自行開車出入都需要搭乘計程車比較方便喔~

Perfect location in the city, in a bustling area and easy transport. Nice rooms, very comfortable. The bed and the shower cabin are so good, you never want to stop sleeping and showering. Staff is friendly and helpful, and very pleasant to connect with.

早餐好吃，营养搭配均衡。房间干净整洁，员工服务态度非常好。服务贴心，每次打扫整理房间都是等我们出门后。这在我以前住过的任何酒店都没这么体贴。前台服务人员英语很好 ，沟通很顺畅。点餐服务非常方便，食物味道非常好吃。不过，还存在一些小细节没有做好。第一，刚入住那天，发现第三个放在搁物柜里的枕头上有血迹，难道是我们入住前房间没有更换床单被套吗？第二，空调噪音实在是太大，可否改进一下呢？

nice hotel for holiday with wonderful breakfast, walk-able distance to Maya lifestyle shopping mall also you can go to other shopping mall within 20 mins by Grab, hotel staffs are very polite especial in 2nd floor's restaurant.

I have a superb stay as I slept very well like a baby for all the nights I am there. The room is ideal for me as it is singled out by itself. It is a deluxe room with good space to move around and chilled. Location is great especially the staffs are always so helpful.

I have been staying at this Ibis many times. This time I stayed in room 1611. The room was larger than the previous stay. The beds were comfortable and there was all useful amenities, also safe box. The breakfast selections were OK. I will come back in the future.

Great stay, with ample room for luggage and clean sheets. However, there are no welcome drink given, no porter to assist with bags. But i guess that's the service you get for the price you pay? I felt that they should provide free bicycle for usage as well.

Everything were good as Ibis's standard. It's not new hotel, but it's quite well-maintenance. Hotel was clean with good atmosphere. Staff was so nice.Breakfast was OK. There were sausage, ham, egg station, salad corner, bread, butter&jam, Thai food corner (3-4 foods with rice & fried rice), Tea & Coffee & juice. Taste wasn't perfect, but not so bad. Only one disappointment is that swimming was quite small and dirty.

入住宜必思之前就在网上做了攻略，各方面评价都不错，性价比较高；入住之后确实体验还不错，早上自助餐还蛮丰盛，工作人员也很热情，本来旅行社乌龙的订了大床房，后来也跟前台人员协调次日改成了标准间； 但是，在离开清迈的最后一天突然全身发痒，我一直以为是食物过敏，回来后看了医生，说可能是床单没有洗赶紧被虫子咬了，所以希望贵酒店能加强对保洁人员管理，严格检查床上用品卫生
