Upon review, we understand that an error occurred during the initial settlement at check-in, where the charged amount differed slightly from the estimated total. As a result, our team needed to verify the charges and process the remaining balance at check-out, which unfortunately extended the departure process. We recognize that this caused an unnecessary delay, particularly when you were preparing to leave, and we fully understand how frustrating this must have been.
