We are truly sorry to learn that this visit did not meet the standards of your previous experiences, and we appreciate your loyalty to our property. We regret that the room allocation and the housekeeping schedule caused inconvenience during your stay. The situation with the connecting room and the associated noise, as well as the misunderstanding regarding your housekeeping preferences, should not have occurred. We will ensure that our team receives further training to better understand and accommodate guest requests, particularly for regular visitors such as yourself. Regarding the broken power outlet, we apologize for the oversight and will have our maintenance team address this issue promptly. We are also reviewing our restaurant service to improve communication and food quality, as we strive to provide a better dining experience. We appreciate your candid feedback on areas where we can improve, including the pool, and will take this into consideration for future upgrades. Your comments are valuable in helping us better serve you and all our guests.
