Room recently renovated. New but poor design Breakfast poor. I am an Accor member so should get breakfast at half price We had breakfast at Easton Grand. Far super quality for same price. Obviously not worth being an Accor member for Thailand PS second occasion in Thailand Some staff very friendly, most not trained about customer service Seems they are more interested in China tourist Internet failed every 30 minutes when trying to watch streaming. Finally gave up and used my Aussie phone. If suggest you try Easton Tan Chiang Mai. Staff fantastic. Food great. Wished we had stayed there. Also closure to restaurants However loved Chiang Mai

Receiving your feedback during your stay would have allowed us to make adjustments to better suit your preferences, potentially avoiding the need for you to seek breakfast 500 meters away from the hotel. Nonetheless, we are glad you did not have a completely negative breakfast experience during your trip to Chiang Mai. We are disappointed to hear that you had a mixed experience with our Heartists. Providing warm, attentive service is our priority, and we regret that some interactions did not make you feel welcome. Please be assured that we will be taking steps to address these service inconsistencies. We understand your decision to choose alternative accommodations in the future, but we hope you might reconsider and give us another opportunity to provide you with the superior experience that you deserve and expect as an ALL Accor member. We are currently reviewing the internet speed in the room you recently stayed in to identify any issues and make the necessary improvements. I was not happy with this hotel, I usually book accor hotels only . Service issue , Ants problems , location of hotel not ideal . Noise issues from other rooms Good part was the view from swimming pool. They don’t acknowledge accorplus members like other hotels does .

Biggest plus-point was the proximity to MAYA mall and One Nimman mall (10-minute walk). Felt very safe for females travelling alone. Comfortable rooms with multiple USB charging points so Thai chargers are not required. Easy to order taxis as well as GrabFood to the hotel. Limited choices in terms of vegetarian food, less pricey options can be found within walking distance.
