We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced, particularly regarding noise disturbances from other guests. For your comfort, we do provide earplugs upon request, and we would be happy to offer them during your future stays. Regarding the coffee service, we would like to clarify that coffee sachets have been available in the rooms since March 1st as part of our in-room amenities. We regret if this was not clearly communicated during your stay and will ensure better information is provided to our guests in the future.
