After checked out from ibis Chiang Mai Nimman we drove up to Veranda and the service was very outstanding since arrival we were welcome by the driver who seems very knowledgeable about the resort. The reception girl reconfirmed our booking with room upgrade to the Plunge Pool Suite. Sorry I forgot her name. The room is super spacious with private pool, I thought it can fit 4 people in this room type as I feel superb comfortable. I had a good night with super comfy bed, enjoyed the plunge pool with sunset view. What you cannot miss is the breakfast venue where you will definitely enjoy the view while having your meal and the main pool is right front of you. I stayed in February 2024 but just have time to recall all great memories there. I and my boyfriend had dinner with local menus and the foods were delicious we ate all 5 menus for 2 people (you can imagine 🤣🤣). We will need to re-visit this resort again and hope they will do some room care project a I believe the room is needed for renovation. Overall stay was really great and upon check out I had a chance to speak with Khun May (if I’m not wrong) she is polite and listen to my comment attentively. We plan to stay here again during rainy season ☔️

Veranda High Resort is my favorite resort in Chiangmai. Nestled amidst lush greenery, the hotel exudes a sense of relaxation and tranquility. As a Gold member, I was upgraded to a plunge pool room, which was exceptionally spacious and featured a fantastic pool. The resort’s facilities are outstanding, particularly the main pool and breakfast restaurant, which offer stunning mountain views. The yoga class was excellent, led by a highly skilled and knowledgeable instructor.

Had spend 2 nights with colleagues at the wonderful resort. Had dinner at Rabiang Cha for 12 pax on our 1st night. Mosquitoes coils were provided and staff were attentive and wonderful. Had some drinks and finger food at the swimming pool area on our 2nd day. Staff were ok . Not as cheerful as the one in Cha Rabiang. Room were super spacious and bath tub was super huge. There's also a balcony with seating table for 2. Breakfast was great too. But has highlighted to the hotel separately, it would be even better, if they can serve their local noodle soup in their menu. Or even Khao Soi? Overall, location is ok, but staff, services and rooms were superb.

Wonderful experience again. Our second visit to this resort. We arrived earlier and greeted by hotel staff. They were all wonderful, helpful with warm hospitality. Staff Nina we met was exceptionally nice. She offered us early check-in and late check-out. Wherever we met her, she showed her impeccable hospitality. At the breakfast time, she kept offering us good coffee/tea. This hotel has a spectacular view of the mountains. The Higher Room Restaurant is by the swimming pool and stunning view. Food in both in-house restaurants offer delicious food. Certainly, we do look forward to revisiting this resort in the near future

小さいプール、キッズルームもあり幼児を連れて自然に囲まれてのんびりするにはとても良い。 ただ、周りには何もない。 インフィニティは小さいけれど景色は良い。 ホテルからニマン行の無料シャトルバスが３便でているので市内に出ることも可能
