We had the best time during our stay at Veranda High Resort Chiang Mai. The hotel location is far from Chiang Mai town but it provides the most peaceful retreat overlooking the mountains and a beautiful to the Aranyawat Temple. They room with plunge pool added to the experience and I highly recommend it. The rooms are spacious with a large bathroom including a very relaxing bathtub. The service was impeccable and discreet . We would love to come back in the future.

The resort and views are amazing but with a few tweaks it could be outstanding. It’s a shame the attention to detail is not quite there. We enjoyed our stay please don’t get me wrong but there are things they can do which would take much and would make such a difference. No pool side waiter service (staff should ask people if they would like drinks, you would sell a lot more) Pool needs to be cleaned and leaves removed more often There are lovely lights on the wooden footpath down to the restaurant from the rooms. Why are these not lit??. It’s really dangerous and all you need to do is light the candles. This would make such a difference. The last one was lit out of about 30. Why?

Without a doubt this is the most picturesque resort we have stayed in. The entire place is stunning. The rooms are huge and designed thoughtfully. The entire place is draw dropping. The breakfast was delicious. The greatest asset would have to be the staff, the front desk, drivers, housekeepers and the food and beverage workers . They were so welcoming, friendly and genuine. We thank them all for making our time so memorable.

Wow.. just amazing We came to Veranda for our honeymoon and had the most magical experience You are treated like royalty from the moment you walk in The staff at this resort are absolutely delightful and are always ALWAYS greeting you with beautiful smiles and a bow Everything from the infinity pool, the room, the food, the treatment I give 10/10 stars and highly recommend a stay here The grounds are stunning and reminded me a lot of Bali! A special thanks to Mr. Toy and Lexzy in the restaurant who were so good to us! We will be returning to this lovely resort in the future most definitely!

After checked out from ibis Chiang Mai Nimman we drove up to Veranda and the service was very outstanding since arrival we were welcome by the driver who seems very knowledgeable about the resort. The reception girl reconfirmed our booking with room upgrade to the Plunge Pool Suite. Sorry I forgot her name. The room is super spacious with private pool, I thought it can fit 4 people in this room type as I feel superb comfortable. I had a good night with super comfy bed, enjoyed the plunge pool with sunset view. What you cannot miss is the breakfast venue where you will definitely enjoy the view while having your meal and the main pool is right front of you. I stayed in February 2024 but just have time to recall all great memories there. I and my boyfriend had dinner with local menus and the foods were delicious we ate all 5 menus for 2 people (you can imagine 🤣🤣). We will need to re-visit this resort again and hope they will do some room care project a I believe the room is needed for renovation. Overall stay was really great and upon check out I had a chance to speak with Khun May (if I’m not wrong) she is polite and listen to my comment attentively. We plan to stay here again during rainy season ☔️
