Dear L.P, Thank you very much for taking the time to provide us with such detailed feedback regarding your stay. We are terribly sorry that the bathroom was not cleaned at all. This is a serious mistake that should never happen. However unfortunately, due to a momentary lapse in concentration, it occurred nonetheless, and we must apologize sincerely for this shortfall of service. Nothing would have meant more to us than having the opportunity to correct this error immediately. While a quick room change couldn't have undone the shock of the first impression, it would have at least made the rest of your stay more pleasant. We understand all too well that we cannot undo this failure retroactively, and we truly regret this very much.
