This is a serious mistake that should never happen. However unfortunately, due to a momentary lapse in concentration, it occurred nonetheless, and we must apologize sincerely for this shortfall of service. While a quick room change couldn't have undone the shock of the first impression, it would have at least made the rest of your stay more pleasant. Spędziłęm tylko jedną w tym hotelu i niestety było to najgorsze doświadczenie z obecnych wakacji. Na przestrzeni ostatnich lat odwiedziłem bardzo duża ilośc obiektów hotelowych i bardzo rzadko miałem nieprzyjemnośc nocowac w tak słabym obiekcie. Wielokrotnie nocowałem w hotelech Styles ,a ten był zdecydownie najgorszy z ich wszystkich. Na plus tylko wielkość pokoju i cena. Reszta to same minusy: sprawna tylko jedna winda, czystość (czyjeś włosy na umywalce (!) brudne podłogi, brudne zagłówki, widoczny brak włąsciwego zadbania o czystość ) - może pracownicy są zbyt przeciążeni obowiązakmi, a moze trzeba ich przeszkolić. Dość słabe śniadanie w porównaniu do innych obiektów hotelowych. W ostatnich tygodniach nocowałem w kilku hotelach z podobnego przedziału cenowego i niegdzie śniadanie nie było tak skromne.

Na plus zdecydowanie zasługują smaczne i urozmaicone śniadania oraz bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. To tyle. Niestety, standard czystości był zdecydowanie poniżej oczekiwań. Po przyjeździe w koszu na śmieci w łazience znajdowały się odpadki po poprzednich gościach, w tym zużyte wkładki i podpaski. Pod prysznicem i na podłodze były włosy, a sam kosz był zabrudzony czymś, o czym wolelibyśmy zapomnieć. Z przycisków toalety wiało zimne powietrze, co po wyjściu z ciepłego prysznica powodowało dyskomfort. Wykładzina na korytarzu jest dramatycznie brudna. Dodatkowe łóżko w pokoju zostało tak zaścielone, że aż żal patrzeć. Lodówka miała urwane drzwiczki, więc woleliśmy z niej nie korzystać. Internet łapało tylko w niektórych kątach. Talerze na jadalni były niedomyte. Szkoda, ponieważ przy dobrej obsłudze i smacznym śniadaniu wystarczyłoby zadbać o odpowiedni poziom czystości, aby pobyt był naprawdę udany. Niestety, ze względu na higienę nie mogę polecić tego hotelu. Cena noclegu mocno zawyżona.

Największym problemem podczas pobytu była niestety czystość. Pokój sprawiał wrażenie niedokładnie posprzątanego – na łóżku znaleźliśmy włosy, a pościel była zabrudzona, co jest niedopuszczalne i bardzo psuje komfort pobytu. Na plus należy zaliczyć bardzo pomocnego i uprzejmego pracownika recepcji oraz dobre śniadania. Niestety kwestie związane z czystością były na tyle rażące, że trudno je pominąć.

Spędziliśmy w Graz kilka dni jego jeden z etapów naszej podróży. Hotel IBIS Styles w Graz zaskoczył nas bardzo miłą i pomocną obsługą i dobrą lokalizacją. Sam pokój nie był bardzo duży, ale wystarczający. Szkoda, że nie było żadnej lodówki, telewizor też był dość mały, ale ogólnie hotel wywarł na nas bardzo dobre wrażenie, polecamy.

After your departure, your room was inspected thoroughly by a specialized pest control company, and no bed bugs were found. As both our hotel and our sister property were fully booked at that time, we unfortunately had no possibility to offer you an alternative room. For this reason, we immediately offered you a refund. We are truly sorry that you were unable to stay with us for more than one hour.
