Super verblijf gehad en super service van het personeel!!

Ben er nu 3x geweest.2x zakelijk 1x privé Helaas is het altijd lang wachten bij de incheck. Zwembad rooftop was niet open dat was niet vermeld bij de reservering. Kamer was niet voor 3 pers klaar gemaakt terwijl dit toch duidelijk was aangegeven bij reservering. Tot 3x aan toe moeten vragen waar extra bed bleef. Schoonmaak kamer werd vervolgens voor 2pers gedaan dus de handdoeken voor de 3e persoon moesten we elke x naar vragen. Er was de laaste x V. ons verblijf geen nacht service … dus geen bed opmaak en nieuwe handdoeken in de avond en een SLS gadget. Geen prullenbak en wc borstel op de toilet .. Dit hadden we de eerst 2 keren wel. Bediening en service bij zwembad Coral er matig . Te weinig bedjes voor alle gasten zeker nu het zwembad V. de rooftop dicht is. 5sterren ervaring voelen we helaas niet meer nu ons 3de bezoek . Management is veranderd en dat is duidelijk te merken. Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het is een prachtig hotel, met super nette en mooie kamers. Het heeft een mooi zwembad met uitzicht over de haven. Het restaurant Lora is erg goed. Met de tram, die zich op een paar minuten lopen bevindt, ben je zo op diverse plekken in Barcelona.

Hotel is prachtig, ligging vind ik erg jammer…geen leuke winkels of restaurants op loopafstand en industrie op links. Jammer!
