At the same time, we sincerely regret the aspects that did not meet your expectations. We understand your comment regarding breakfast opening hours and appreciate your feedback. We also regret that the pool temperature did not allow you to fully enjoy the facility, as well as your disappointment regarding the sauna access policy. Please accept our sincere apologies for the maintenance and housekeeping issues you experienced in your room, including the leaking shower faucet and the cleaning equipment left in the bathroom. This is not reflective of our usual standards, and we have shared your comments with our respective teams to ensure immediate attention and corrective measures.
