대체로 만족하지만 조식 오픈시간이 7시인점은 아쉬웠다. 수영장물이 너무 차서 들어갈수 없었던 점도 아쉬웠으며 사우나 출입이 무료가 아닌점도 아쉬움.

We also regret that the pool temperature did not allow you to fully enjoy the facility, as well as your disappointment regarding the sauna access policy. Please accept our sincere apologies for the maintenance and housekeeping issues you experienced in your room, including the leaking shower faucet and the cleaning equipment left in the bathroom. 다수의 친절한 직원들이 기분좋은 숙박을 만들어줬으나 룸 업그레이드과정이 매끄럽지 않았고 이용하지 않은 미니바요금이 청구됨.
