바르셀로나에 신상호텔로 예약할때는 도심과 멀것 같아서 우려했는데 택시타고 다니는데 크게 불편하지 않았다 시설은 기대 이상으로 좋았고 어메니티도 훌륭했다. 웰컴드링크로 마신 칵테일도 좋았고 룸서비스 클럽샌드위치 수영장에사 막은 버거도 좋았다 조식도 대만족 이제 단점에 대해서 말하자면 이렇게 훌륭한 하드웨어에 비에 운영면에서 매우 미숙하다 5시 이후에 갔음에도 체크인에 거의 1시간 가까이 기다리다가 결국 컴플레인하고 나중에 하겠다고 저녁먹으러 갔다 체크 아웃 할때도 내가 마시지않은 맥주를 마셨냐고 물어서 아니라고 확인하고 요금을 청구하지 않았다가 3일후에 카드로 자동결재되어서 이메일 여러차례 보낸후 청구 취소되는 불편을 겪었다 운영미숙은 나만 느낀건 아닌게 분명하다 수영장에서 쉬고있을때 어떤 나이지긋한 고객이 직원에게 화를 내면서 당신들은 고객을 리스펙트 해야한다고 말하는 걸 들었을때 서비스 품질관리가 엉망이라는 생각이 들었다 결론은 훌륭한 시설에 서비스까지 완벽하다면 이가격은 아니겠지라는 생각하며 나름 상당히 만족한 호텔이었다
