룸은 전체적으로 깨끗했고 침대시트는 정리정돈이 잘되었습니다. 청소 후 소독제를 사용했는지 소독제 냄새가 좀 강하였습니다.

위치 좋음, 좋은 숙박, 경치 좋음(추가 금액지불) 하지만 Accor Diamond 등급으로 숙박을 하였고, 2025년 10장의 바우처를 사용하려고 했지만, 아시아에만 적용할 수 있다고 하여 사용하지 못함. 이것은 매우 무례한 행동이라고 생각함.

어플에서 웰컴드링크 사용이 불가하여 리셉션에 이야기하니 친절히 발급해 주었음. 체크인 시간이 1시간 30분 정도 늦어진 것은 불편함. 숙박 중 정전이 발생하여 불안하였음.

옆건물과의 거리가 가까워서 갑갑한 느낌은 있었다. 어쩔수 없는 부분이라고 생각은 하지만 미리 고지를 해주었으면 좋겠다.

플레티넘으로 업그레이드가 되었는지도 모를 정도의 숙소 수압도 낮고 매번 먹통인 카드키... 조식도 정책 변경으로 제공되지 않음. 더이상 플레티넘 등급의 메리트는 없었음. 상대적으로 프로페셔널하지 않은 직원들 전등에서 나는 전류소리 머리 위 천장에 있는 화재 경보기... 분명 호텔 복귀 후 해결책을 찾기로 했는데 방해금지 푯말을 걸어놨음에도 방에 들어와서 검정색 테이프를 붙여놓았다. 절대 추천하지 않을 예정임...
