However, we sincerely apologize for the shortcomings you experienced during your stay. We regret that the breakfast options did not meet your dietary preferences, and we appreciate your feedback regarding vegetarian choices. Your suggestions, like adding roasted tomatoes, potatoes, and avocado, will certainly be taken into consideration as we continuously aim to improve our offerings. Regarding sustainability measures, the absence of amenities in the rooms is a part of our commitment to environmental responsibility. However, should you need any additional items, such as dental kits or slippers, please do not hesitate to ask at the front desk. We will be happy to provide them for you.
