Die Lage ist hervorragend. Fußläufige Nähe zu zwei MRT-Stationen, reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants & Bars herum. Stylisches Hotel mit freundlichem Service und sehr gutem Zimmerservice, den ich mehrmals für Abendessen genutzt habe. Sehr freundliches, sympathisches Personal außerdem. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, allerdings konnte ich teils nicht gut darin schlafen, weil es nie ganz dunkel und nie ganz leise war. Die Klimaanlage war selbst auf schwächster Stufe relativ laut. Das Control display der Klimaanlage ist immer beleuchtet und der Rauchmelder blinkt hell alle 10 Sekunden oder sogar öfter, so dass man ständig Lichtblitze im Zimmer hat. Ich erlebe es leider sehr selten, dass Hotels wirklich genau darauf achten, ein dunkles & ruhiges Zimmer zum Schlafen zu schaffen, obwohl das doch das wichtigste am Hotel ist. So auch hier nicht, trotz 5 Sterne. Schade!

Gute Lage, angenehme Zimmer, guter Kaffee auf dem Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück. Leider kein glutenfreies Angebot. Schöner Pool.

Please allow me to clarify that bed linen service is provided based on our sustainability program, where linen is changed on scheduled intervals or upon request. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated, and our team would have been happy to arrange this for you at any time. Regarding the absence of water in the room, please allow me to share that all our guestrooms are equipped with filtered drinking water, and two refillable glass bottles are provided in the mini fridge for our guests’ convenience. We regret if this was not clearly highlighted during your stay, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can reinforce our communication and checks with the team. Most importantly, we are truly concerned to hear that the shower drainage issue persisted despite being reported during your previous stay. This is not the experience we strive to deliver, and it should have been properly followed through.
