Nicely located by the shopping belt of Ginza and nearby train stations. Great hospitality service by staff members. Room is pretty tight in space. Not much left, especially after placing your suitcase. Likes: Hot shower runs fast. Bathroom amenities provided for. Mini fridge is cold. Coin washer/dryer. Ice machine and microwave. Housekeeping was really thorough. Complimentary coffee machine at lobby using coupon. Dislikes: Aircon went cold and hot instead of a steady temperature. TV has no international channel! And you can't chromecast! Breakfast was pretty bland. Very little variety perhaps for a small restaurant (hotel uses a small restaurant at level 1 for breakfast). No fitness centre. Pillows were kind of uncomfortable. Definitely convenient but i just wish for a bit more for an awesome stay.

Reliable hotel, excellent value in nicest part of Tokyo.

Great location, small but well thought out rooms. Pleasant staff who are most helpful, decent breakfast, a little un-inspired. Excellent value, especially for this very up-market area. This is a budget hotel, but excellent value, in a very convenient location.

Ginza was a great area to stay in as we got to know Tokyo. It is conveniently located arriving by monorail and subway from Haneda airport. The Ginza stop is a short walk away. We were given a professional welcome. We chose the smallest room (money saving) for me and my daughter. The room is very compact but it worked great. The only drawback is where to put the luggage (one luggage stand) so the room looks a mess (but who cares). Super quiet (or view was a wall). There was a air conditioner? in the room which we plugged in at night which was perfect white noise (to block out my snoring). Super quiet!!!! I must say the shower was one of the best and I have travelled far and wide. The shampoo and shower gel was top notch with no fragrance (yay). We chose to not get our room cleaned as we stayed for two days, left and came back and stayed 3 days. You can get fresh towels from reception any time. The reception staff were absolutely lovely. They stored our luggage for two days while we went off to Kyoto (free of charge). There is coffee in the lobby in the morning (complimentary) as well as toothbrush, shower cap, small towels, etc. The reception staff were always helpful and professional. I really recommend Ibis Styles Ginza Hotel.

On the first day of my trip, I stayed at the Ibis hotel in Ginza. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Although the room was small, it had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. However, there were no complimentary water bottles in the room, so I had to go to the 12th floor to fill up—but I’d heard that Japan’s tap water is safe to drink. One thing to note is that Japanese hotels are quite strict about checkout times. I even received a call from the staff two hours before checkout as a reminder, which felt a bit unusual. The spa was minimal, and the restaurant options were limited. Overall, it was a decent stay for a night, with the hotel’s prime location in Ginza being a major plus.

Decent hotel in Ginza. The single room was well designed so it didn't feel too small. Comfortable bed and bedding. Bathroom was a good size and had a tub. Good service from the front desk. Felt comfortable here. Would stay here again next time.
