Nice hotel. Sadly when booking it says they have parking ..it does not say you need to pay extra per night for it. This can make it expensive. And if you can find a space ! . Room was next to lifts the kept up awake all night and morning with bell noise every time it was called . Ibis next door would be cheaper

This is about our sixth visit to the mercure and we have never had a bad experience. It is a lovely hotel right on the front all the staff are very friendly and hard working. What really touched us is that the staff remember us from previous visits. A special shout to Lauren on breakfast , who took time to come over and say hello and still be very professional. Also a shout out to the lovely smiley Cherie in reception,who also always remembers us too and always goes the extra mile .we will be returning soon Mark and Lisa

Lovely hotel, well located and nice decor. Great that it’s dog friendly. Good buffet breakfast. We found all staff to be great. It’s our second trip in a year and both times we have been particularly impressed by Simarjeet. He advised us so well on local sightseeing and always goes the extra mile. We were so pleased to see that he’s still working here as we returned after 11 months. The only thing I would say is that vegetarian dinner menu is limited. There was risotto which was excluded as my husband doesn’t have mushroom. This only left the margherita pizza which lacked in flavour.

Hotel and rooms were very good and well decorated. Located on the sea front. Service was very friendly. Menu was very limited and food unimaginative and not cooked as per request. Range of drinks not great. Experience doesn't match expectation. Overall, OK but won't return.

L'hotel è nuovo e ben arredato in stile moderno, perfetta la posizione sulla passeggiata della spiaggia, ma il servizio è tutto da rivedere!!! Disorganizzazione e personale giovane ed inesperto. Scarsa scelta nella colazione e nella cena. Da migliorare 😂
