This hotel is fantastic. The BEST accessible room we have ever stayed in The designer has got this 1000% right. Disabled guests you will be amazed, it’s absolutely brilliant. Thankyou so much Not to sure about wet smelly dogs in dining room over breakfast?

We had a great stay here over half term week. Great size room for a family of 4 with 2 massive double beds, still lots of space for moving around and storing luggage. Perfect location, directly opposite the pier, beach and park. Train station and bus station super close so we left the car at home and took the train, then walked to the hotel, which was only 5 minutes by foot away. Staff were great, friendly and polite. Breakfast was good too. Definitely recommend. We will be back.

Such a shame but wouldn’t stay again. Lady who checked me in wasn’t welcoming at all. Said it was a special occasion for my partners Birthday, absolutely no reference to this at all in the room. The breakfast and food in general is APPALLING. The cheapest, nastiest quality ingredients you can find, I had to spit half of the cooked breakfast out because of the foul taste in the bacon and sausages. We won’t be back.

Modern facilities, clean and comfortable bedroom, modern TV, spotless bathroom with high pressure showers. All the usual features including a gym but enhanced by the excellent service and high quality kitchen. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent with one measure being the perfectly and freshly cooked poached eggs.

Don't have a cooked breakfast. The room had no views but was a lovely size for us and our grandson. It rained in the night, and the water dropping on outside aluminium fascia was a bit like chinese torture. The cooked breakfast was overcooked, dry, and luke warm, probably cooked the night before. The freshly cooked eggs arrived 3 minutes after ordering but were like rubber and cold. The manager accepted that the breakfast was bad and offered us a refund, but because we booked via booking.com and PayPal could not give us one. Booking.com would not let us a few days later give a review, so I am losing confidence in using them.
