Everything was really good, especially the service. Some people I would like to personally highlight are: asraf, zimbee, Riq, and Luna. The only complaints I have was the quality of the beef. The one steak for dinner was a flank or hanger steak. For the quality of food I received throughout the stay this was severely lacking. I expected a NY strip or top sirloin at minimum. However, everything else was amazing. Food, room, and customer service was more than what we expected. Some suggestions we have: give a free experience (whether this is a 15-30 minute jet-ski, buy one get one free massage, or a snorkeling experience) with purchase of 3-5 nights. Have a small shop that has pharmacy essentials and a small selection of food (crossroads had one but would be good on our resort island). Changes to rooms (since these are modern style): the back of the headboard being multicolored throws us off (a wood style color in our eyes would of been better), the big hat over the bathtub isn’t needed, and the metal sticks by the ladder rack is unnecessary). A small ocean or marine life picture would have sufficed and been cheaper. Changes to property: add a Tennis court or pickle ball/basketball goal, ping pong, pool table, darts, and arcade would be really nice. Arcade could be very small with a skeeball, basketball game, air hockey, one shooting game like time crisis, and one crane game. Changes to restaurant: better beef quality and special of the day for dinner (appetizer, entree, and dessert).

This was my families first time visiting the Maldives and the team at SO/ made it the most breathtaking and memorable experience possible. From the amazing scenery to inviting and immersing us into their own culture. Everything was better than expected during our 5 night stay. We could not pinpoint ANY improvements that needed to be made. 5 out of 5 stars for the resort and the lovely staff that accompanied.
