性价比不高 房间第二天没打扫 半夜电视自动开机吵人

Dear Di D., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I sincerely apologise that your room was not serviced during your stay. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and I understand how inconvenient and disappointing this would have been for you. I am also sorry to hear about the issue with the TV turning on unexpectedly during the night. That would have been quite disruptive to your rest, and I regret the disturbance caused. Please be assured that our maintenance team will be informed to investigate and resolve this issue. 美中不足的是，1.2床架+床垫太高，床的底部竟然带滑轮，个子不高的人想靠着床边一坐，床经常一移动，人就差点摔到地上，这样对老人、小孩不太友好。请酒店考虑如何改进一下。
