地理位置，入住退房服务都很不错，客房服务也非常棒。但是提一个建议，房间内地床滑轮一直处于可滑动状态，整个床稍用力就会移位，这点期待改进。

从机场抵达非常方便，酒店步行范围可抵达众多游玩点，包括皇家植物园，悉尼歌剧院，美术馆等。房型可看海德公园，房间宽敞，卫生不错，入住退房体验不错，1.5双床三人入住舒适，可惜不能洗衣服，美中不足。

We’re delighted to hear that you found our location extremely convenient, with easy access from the airport and within walking distance to many of Sydney’s iconic attractions, including the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney, the Sydney Opera House, and the Art Gallery of New South Wales. It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed the Hyde Park views, the spacious room, and a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Regarding slippers and dental amenities, as part of our commitment to being a green and environmentally responsible hotel, single-use items are not placed in the rooms by default. However, these amenities are available upon request at any time during your stay. We sincerely apologise that this was not communicated to you promptly. We’re pleased to hear that you appreciated our location near Hyde Park, with convenient access to the train and metro, and that walking to the Queen Victoria Building was convenient. However, we sincerely apologise for the housekeeping issues you experienced during your stay. This does not reflect our usual standards, and your feedback has been escalated to our Housekeeping Management Team for immediate review and corrective action. While we understand that peak travel periods can be busy, this should never impact the quality and attention to detail of our room servicing.
