Stayed for 1 night to see Metallica. Location was convenient about a 10‑minute walk to the metro, making it easy to get around. A nice touch from the GM, with a personalised letter and bottle of wine & drink credits on arrival. The hotel itself was comfortable, with a nice breakfast to start the day. Staff were friendly and helpful, which made the short stay smooth and enjoyable

位置很好，就在麦考瑞大学城里，有很好的风景。但是酒店设施有些老旧，特别是卫浴设施、电梯以及冰箱，冰箱压缩机很吵，最后拔掉电源才入睡。

Comfortable but a bit basic for the the price. Checking in is via computer screens in the lobby. Only one elevator in the entire three storey hotel so if a group arrives it can be a long wait. There is a coffee shop with snacks. Other dishes can be ordered on the app. There are the basic local TV stations available however chromecast app is on the TV. There is a good buffet breakfast available with a choice of hot and cold dishes.

Great overall experience would definitely stay again. Wonderful staff !!’

Wonderful staff and great location for those needing to visit hospital. 2 minute walk. 24/7 cafe and bar, lovely rooms and reasonably priced parking. 10 minute easy walk to Macquarie Centre.
