Their rating of 4 stars should be reviewed. My generous rating would be 3 stars. Reception - staff are short handed. No one around when you need them. Foreign staff need to improve their English. House keeping - bath towels should be change daily. My room towels wasn't changed after 2 days when I have to inform them to change. Chamber maids forgetful. Once left their cleaning cloth at the sink. Room - acceptable clean. No bedroom slippers provided. First night check-in, dresser lighting were missing and also no hot water for bathing. Had to request to change rooms with proper fittings and functional hot showers. Bàthroom/ toilet - No bidet to clean yourself. Please install bidets for the convenience of your guests. Location - Good. Walking distance to cafes and shopping malls. Hope this feedback will help them improve on service and upkeep of the hotel.

Do yourself a favour and stay anywhere else but this hotel!!! Stole my credit card details from a previous personal trip booking not related to my work trip booking Old and dated hotel Asked me to do the self check in despite having two members of staff at reception Charged me $200 for a late check out that didn’t occur - was refunded but only after having to ring them and my bank to get the money back The customer service was in total disregard of the ACCOR values and principles.

Arrived. no parking No concierge. Disabled lift not working. Had to drag luggage up stairs to reception Reception had limited English. Took card again after I’d paid online. Dirty dark corridors to outdated dissapointing room. Balcony is awful. Plastic mismatched chairs n decor is blurgh! Totally overpriced. Shambolic dark sinister place!

May be called Merxure but still a Travel Lodge

Previously a Travel Lodge rebadged as a Mercure with none of the standards of a Mercure. Rooms are clean albeit very tired. I had a superior room where the bath had so much enamel coming off it you really didn’t want to use the shower. Arrived late at night with no working TV although this was fixed the next day. Reception staff are lovely and friendly. Tanya, coffee were not restocked. The only thing that is modern about this hotel is the front desk uniform and the reception area. The rest unfortunately is a tired 80’s hotel. Could definitely do with a big refurb

Utilizzo molto la catena Accor hotel, questo hotel non ha I servizi come tutti gli altri Mercure nel mondo. Colazione scorsa, personale scortese poco attento, check-out alle ore 12.00 senza possibilità di avere le solito 2 ore extra. Camere vecchie bagno molto vecchio con vasca scrostata, bordi bagno e vasca incrostati.
